Become part of the heartbeat of our theatre.
Volunteering with us is more than giving your time — it’s joining a friendly, passionate community that helps create unforgettable experiences for audiences. Whether you’re welcoming guests, leading a team or keeping the bar buzzing, you’ll play a vital role in bringing live entertainment to life.
We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and levels of experience. If you love people, enjoy live events and want to be part of something special, there’s a place for you here.
If you’re confident, organised and enjoy supporting others, this leadership role might be for you. Chief Stewards help coordinate the Front of House team, ensure performances run smoothly and act as the main point of contact during events. You’ll guide fellow volunteers, solve problems on the go and help create a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.
Our Stewards are the friendly faces who greet audiences, check tickets, assist with seating and offer support throughout the performance. If you enjoy helping people and being part of the audience experience, this is a great fit. No experience needed — just a warm smile and a willingness to get stuck in.
If you thrive in a lively atmosphere, you’ll love working behind the bar. Sales Stewards serve drinks and snacks, handle payments and help keep the interval running smoothly. It’s a sociable, fast‑paced role perfect for people who enjoy customer service.
Volunteering is flexible, fun and a brilliant way to be part of the theatre world. Whether you can spare a few evenings a month or want to get more involved, we’d love to hear from you.
